Giving is a spiritual practice that we call stewardship. It's about giving to God a portion of what God first gives us: ourselves, our time, and our possessions which are signs of God's grace and love. Giving generously is one component of stewardship - it's one way we practice generosity and thanksgiving. The financial gifts Joy receives supports our congregation, the neighborhood around us, and joins giving from across to denomination to support ministry beyond Alaska!
